Tipp Realty is an Independent Real Estate Brokerage that was founded in 1965 by Malcolm Tipp. Malcolm had abundance of love for Vallejo and showed his support by being active in numerous organizations and events in the community. Malcolm earned great respect from the community due to his integrity, enthusiasm and overall admiration of people. Throughout his career he created strong roots in Solano and Napa Counties and is part of Vallejo’s history.

Malcolm’s son David joined the company in 1977 as a sales associate and received his Brokers License in 1981. In 1991 David opened a second office Tipp Realty at Glen Cove when the shopping center was built. The Glen Cove location became our single office after Malcolm’s passing in 2001. With more than 25 years in this same high traffic shopping center, we continue growing our strong roots in the community.
